Yeah!!!!!!!!! Leslie is now minus 2 chest tubes, and only one to go. That means that her lungs are healing of their punctures. The docs decreased her sedation and indeed she has woken up more. She is still on morphine for the pain so don't worry about that. She will not have the ortho repair done until she is afebrile and a bit more stable as that surgery is not something that needs to be done in any emergent way. So again we are making progress, little by little and for that we are grateful. I, Jamie, am so grateful to God for His healing hand and mercy upon us all, especially to my sweet sister.
